5 to 9 Servings of fruits and vegetables per day and don’t forget to include legumes, whole grains, nut butters, and unsalted nuts.
4 : 1 Minimum of 4 positive comments to every negative comment per day without the “but”: at least 4 hugs a day…UNCONDITIONALLY!
3 Solid meals a day and at least one meal as a family. No more than 3 servings of meat a week.
2 Hours or less of media time: TV, video, computer, phone, etc combined daily. Read for 2 ten minute blocks everyday.
1 Hour of vigorous exercise per day and up to 5 days per week. 1 dessert a week. 1daily act of kindness for another.
Almost None Sugary drinks, juice, soda, unhealthy fats/oils, processed food, and packed foods.
